Client H is a manufacturer of high-performance heads and exhaust systems for high-performance cars. Their products are mostly sold through wholesalers. Direct sales to end users account for less than 5% of their total revenue. Their engineers are always coming up with new ideas and working on ways to improve existing initiatives.
