Client G manufactures life-saving goods for airline pilots. Crashworthy aircraft seats, emergency oxygen systems, survival kits, personal service disconnects, aircraft doors/hatches, and other specialized solutions are some of their goods. Each project is engineered and designed specifically for unique orders. 

We performed our Sales Tax Recovery Service and looked back three years to determine if any sales tax had been overpaid on things that were potentially tax-exempt according to the nature of their business. Client G received a refund check for a sales tax refund from NY State in the amount of $25,056.81. Sales tax paid for their software system, trash removal, PSI cylinders, acetylene tanks, oxygen tanks, and tools and utilities utilized in the manufacturing process were all included in the return.
